What’s in your Queway?
In this segment, we celebrate one of the greatest Bottom Of The Totem Pole moments on this show. Please enjoy.
What in your Queway we ask? What entertainment are you ingesting outside of sports worth mentioning?
Raymond:
I’ve got two for you guys to check out. The first one is on Netflix and called “American Nightmare”
The show is 100 percent real and it starts off by talking about this couple who are madly in love with one another and how they met and blah blah blah. You then see the boyfriend in an interrogation room with police and you find out his girlfriend went missing, you also find out that their relationship was on the rocks and they were talking about splitting up. The cops ask him to run through what happened and even my small brain said, “ya he killed his girlfriend!” The show has 3 episodes but trust me you’ll watch all 3, one after another just to see what the hell happens. It is a true rollercoaster.
The second show is one where I just watch to let go and relax and laugh.
It’s “Rick and Morty” season 7 and streaming on Max. Rick is the smartest man in the universe and he goes on adventures with his grandson, Morty. Just some sci-fi adventures with some outrageous characters. It helps put me to sleep.
Richard:
I am currently binging two shoes. Suits on Netflix and The Bear on Hulu/ FX. These two shows I recommend for 2 different reasons.
I recommend Suits as mindless pseudo episodic dramady. The acting is better than it should be for this kind of cable programming. The writing is predictable enough where it basically can just be white noise and you get the jist. There’s enough forced sexual tension and visuals to keep you on your toes. Megan Markle being a lead in this category. If your of the mind to hate Harry and Meg for their bull shit shenanigans, more power to ya. It’s simple. It’s easy on the eyes, and you get some decent court room/ law drama.
The Bear just won a bunch of awards because it’s all artsy and super fucking dramatic. Usually, I like to tell these kind of films and projects to screw, but my wife asked me to watch, now I’m hooked. It’s great acting. The story line is suspenseful and at times even anxiety inducing, but the character building is legit. I’m through season 1 and although I had some mixed feelings early, I’m hooked. I think most of the mixed feelings came from the two lead female characters. Were they supposed to be as annoying as possible? Or is the show that good it mimics realty? I kid, I kid, ladies. But, seriously what the fuck is Sugar’s problem? She is constantly yelling Carmine because why? He didn’t kill the brother. Back off Sugar, Jesus. And don’t get me started on Sydney. That condescending, stuck up, insecure, entitled Gen Z twat. You’re quitting?! In a time of crisis? A crisis you were solely responsible for? Because your boss yelled at you? Fuck outta here. Grow up Peter Pan, Count Chocula. Then she comes back and gets exactly what she wants? What kind of message are we sending this delusional generation of know it alls? The comedy, characters, down and dirty, in your face, chaotic feel is all worth a watch.
Enjoy.

Considering Bobby refuses to be apart of blog life, because he believes Chiefs are royalty and the white man’s word is beneath him, I’ll be ghost writing his selection.
The Old Man on Hulu with Jeff Bridges. In Chief Bobby’s world. “He’s an old CIA guys who’s past keeps catching up with him and he’s gotta deal with all the shit”
Good enough for me. You give me Jeff Bridges, and old guy don’t give a fuck attitude and some spy shit, I’m in. You should be too according to the chief.
