Travis Hunter, You Are Our Only Hope
College football officially began over the weekend, don’t give me that week zero bullshit, and Travis Hunter has shown the nation that last year wasn’t a fluke. For those that don’t want college football Travis Hunter is a stud wide receiver/corner back/ safety/ linebacker (this year apparently) for the University of Colorado. He has been coached by a guy who you may of heard of, Deion Sanders aka Coach Prime.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but Deion was the last great two way player in college football history playing for Florida State University. Travis Hunter has the best mentor for what he is accomplishing right now. In his first game of the season he played 72% of the game, that’s the whole game, he rarely comes out and is a Dawg on both sides of the ball. Not only does he play 3/4 of the game but he also comes up big with 7 receptions for 132 yards and 3 touchdowns. He is prime time 2.0 because when he is playing he is must watch television. For as long as the Patriots have been a stale product, Hunter could come in and instantly jump start this offense and hell even help the defense out in some capacity.
If all the analysts are correct we will have the 1st pick in the draft and I wouldn’t be upset if they took Travis Hunter number 1 overall with that pick. It will get the fan base juiced up and for a region that doesn’t watch much college football, you should start watching Colorado every chance you can get. This kid is that good.
