Jake DeBrusk…. Dead to me
1 goal 17 games this year! 1 Fucking goal! I had high hopes for DeBrusk entering this season. Huge hopes one might say. He re-signed in the off-season deal 2 for 7.35 million, I expected DeBrusk to make the leap this year.
Look we can all agree he’s shown promise in his career; 27 goals 2018-2019 and 19 last year. The consistent effort night in and night out is just severely lacking in his game. He was re-signed to provide scoring on the 2nd line. He has done none of that and then some. Bruce will be sending a message as he is a healthy scratch for tonight’s game against a team that has your number in the NYI. This has to be a giant message for DeBrusk that he has to read loud and clear. You’re fighting for a division and you’re benched against a team you haven’t beaten all year. I just don’t think his little pea brain will take this message.
DeBrusk you have let me down time and time again in big moments. I’m officially here to tell you’re DEAD TO ME!!! Don and Cam have to start treating this underachieving worm like a grown ass man. Its time to cut the cord and stop trying to save face for a 2015 draft you completely fucking butchered. Trade this worthless tool for anything and I mean fucking ANYTHING at this point. Shit, Jackie Moon traded a washing machine for Monix. I’ll take a dryer for DeBrusk.. DEAD TO ME.
