Carson Wentz is the best QB in the NFL, apparently.
Here’s the latest, from Les Bowen of the Philadelphia Inquirer: “Spoke with NFL management source (not from Eagles) about the Wentz melodrama. His viewpoint: If Wentz doesn’t want the Bears, Bears aren’t gonna trade for him. Eventually the Eagles take whatever Indy is offering, maybe a second plus something. Also, Eagles draft a QB 6th overall.”
As a Patriots fan, I could not be more out on Carson Wentz. I was out on him from the jump, but I’m a NFL personal genius so.. No, I was out on Wentz the Super Bowl year because of the locker room shit. Reports were the locker room was split between Wentz and Big Dick Nick and when given an opportunity to unite the team and rally around Foles, Wentz did the opposite. ON A RUN TO THE SUPERBOWL.
He is forcing his way out of Philly now even after the owner blew out the coach in an effort to keep him. He refused to take on the back up role this past season with any grace even though he absolutely sucked and had a rookie in Jalen Hurts making a push for the playoffs. Now he doesn’t want to go to Chicago? Because the fans are meanies? Yea, you can have this guy Indy.
