Dead Mac

Just procedure? Pettiness? Framing someone? The Patriot drama surrounds Mac Jones and the coaching staff.

It was said that the Patriots are shopping Mac Jones. Let that sit.

Take a breath. Let it flow for a moment.

What’s the compensation? Who wants him after a down year? And why do it?

Option 1 - Lamar is coming to New England

I won’t try and beat the dead horse here. But if that was logical, I think it would be Mac and a 1st round pick along with a Lamar extension.

Option 2 - It being procedure that “all the cards are on the table” meaning any offer will be reviewed in any and all fashion.

Option 3 - Piss off Mac so much that he asks to want out.

Now I don’t know about any player at his playing level (He’s not an MVP, no playoff wins, and not top 10) can demand for a trade in his rookie contract. But it is so clear that there is trouble everywhere. So does this add or take away from something?

As it sits, I know damn well the boys on the podcast think this is potentially a 4th place in division team. If Tua (Mike White too) are manning the ship in Miami, the Bills have Josh Allen a top 3 in the NFL quarterback, and Aaron Rodgers the closet drug addict and mental patient is going to the Jets. This is a panic mode.

I feel personally this will probably set the tone for the season into February 2024, but I think every Patriot fan is going to start to question everything. If it was Tom Brady and “The Patriot Way” is just a front, if Belichick needs to move to another team with a general manager so he can focus everything on coaching, and heck, even if its time to go home to the living room that looks like it was bought off Craigslist and ask your wife if its time to hang up the whistle.

Don’t have this Mac B.S. be looked into. I’m calling lies. A complete distraction on what is going on. Calling bluff until further notice. But if the Patriots are going to be last in the AFC East, well… First off watch hockey, second off don’t be shocked if you see changes. Big, changes.
