“I think Matt, he’s done a great job,” said Jones. “He’s one of the most brilliant people I’ve ever been around in terms of football knowledge. Between all the coaches we have, they’ve done a great job preparing us. He’s really starting to get a feel for it. That’s the thing, he’s just growing each week and making sure that we can stack good days together.

“He’s very easy to talk to on the sideline, very easy, laid-back kind of type coach but he demands a lot, and I respect that about him. Hopefully we can grow for a long time.”

“I have high confidence in it because a lot of coaches, especially here, they’ve coached on the defensive side, the offensive side, they coach different positions,” White told Reiss. “I think that’s the beautiful thing about coaching here — you’re going to learn the game from all different angles.

James White: per Mike Reiss

“And Matt Patricia and Joe Judge, they’ve seen a lot of football from different vantage points. I think it will all work out. They’re learning. It’s a learning curve for everyone.”

Should we start considering this a bridge year?

  - How many bridge years does Belichick get?

    - How many does Mac Jones have patience for?

      - Does the end of the bridge ever come with Patricia - Judge - Steve Belihchick at the helm?

         - Where is Robert Kraft in all of this?

Notes from the Panthers game

 - Offense struggled vs #2s of Carolina

* The new offense struggled

  - With Mac in charge and in shot gun they have found success.  In this game and vs Raiders this week

  - Do we know anything about the defense?

- CBs blow

- Barmore and Judon are beasts

- Anferee Jennings and Uche are having an awesome camp I guess

Phil Perry:

It was a chess match the Patriots were losing for the better part of the day. Adams couldn't be stopped. He caught a twisting, one-handed touchdown early. Later on, Derek Carr found him with Deatrich Wise bringing pressure. Two plays after that, Adams caught a filthy toe-dragging reception deep down the sideline.

But as the practice progressed toward the two-minute drill, the Patriots defense turned things around. They created sacks. They nearly created a turnover. As was the case with the offense, the last full-team period of the day helped salvage things on that side of the ball.

HEADLINES with The OBVIOUS ONE

The Patriots look to be making little to no improvement on offense.

They traveled to sunny Las Vegas this week to get embarrassed by old friend Josh McDaniels.  Things look and feel bleak for the Pats, but Belichick was at least impressed with the "Taj Mahal" of facilities.

It wasGolden dumps and lady humps for Coach B in Sin City

The summer of Kevin Durant trade rumors has officially come to an end.  Durant agreed to rescind his trade request after meeting with team owner Joe Tsai in LA this week.

Reports say Tsai took a knee and scooped a cup of soup to make the superstar happy. Durant Soup.  Testicles.  He licked his nuts.

Other reports are coming to light that on a Tuesday morning, Kyrie Irving woke up on the opposite side of his race car bed.  In turn leading to KD's full reversal of cunt baggery.

The Red Sox are a walking tit.

Tommy John Surgery has climbed in popularity among MLB players, growing from 12 surgeries in 1974 to 1994 and 22 from 1995 to 1999 to 194 performed on MLB players from 2000 to 2011. During those 11 years, 275 Minor League players had the operation.

Roughly 62% of all pitchers require TJ and miss 1 - 2 years of time.
