The Celtics next 7 days

With the breaking news of Robert Williams testing positive for Covid 19, Grant Williams and Tristin Thompson out for contact tracing the next 7 days for the Celtics is going to test them in the early half of this season. They have 5 games in the next 7 days with the Wizards (Fri), Heat (Sun), Bulls (Tue), then Magic (Wed. and Fri.). With Daniel Theis and Tacko Fall being your only bigs going forward and ranking 13th in the league for rebounds our young guys will have to step up. Look at Marcus Smart to have a big role since he usually takes on every position on defense.

Our bigs have not played their best basketball in this young season so going against teams with the likes of Thomas Bryant and Bam Adebayo this team will need to play lights out and Brad will have to coach his ass off if he wants to come out of this 7 game stretch with a winning record. Luckily for the Celtics they are playing these teams that are a combine 15-17. Here’s to a hell week filled with Covid and small ball.
