The Patriots have evoked the most dangerous emotion; Hope

Drake Maye makes his NFL debut for the New England Patriots week six against the Houston Texans.

There is little to nothing I like about the Patriot’s decision to start Drake Maye in week 6 vs. the Houston Texans. The Texans lead the league in pass rush, getting to the QB 42% of the time while the Patriots allow the most pressure at 48.3%. Texans DE Danielle Hunter leads the league with 29 pressures alone. Last week the Houston defense held Josh Allen to 9 of 30 pass attempts and bonked his rock head right out of the game.

The Patriots rank dead last in every offensive statistical category that matters. They have the worst offensive line room in the NFL, they have the least talented WR room in the NFL, they have an Offensive Coordinator who has never called plays before and it shows. Their starting running back can’t hold onto the ball. Their TE’s are the best pass catching weapons they have and they for some reason keep lining their cleats with cement. The head coached is either a powerless cuck or completely over his head. Maybe both. They have completely botched their “plan” and timeline to develop their #3 overall pick because “weaponizing the offense” meant completely ignoring the offensive line and hiring a career back up for twice the money he’s worth to get the shit kicked out of him every week. The GM still doesn’t have that title probably because he hasn’t earned it. His most influential free agent signing, LT Chuks Okorafor literally quit. The owner is out to lunch while his silent son and his crony money women continue to cut costs and raise prices. You suck so bad it’s infected every single player to where a Captain’s C on their jersey throw injury or coked out violent assaults. (Head on a swivel, Hunter). The locker room is on the verge of mutiny even after Coach Mayo injected them with dope vibes and taught them how to be young men.

But, we’ve got a pretty rookie quarterback starting on Sunday. We are so back.
