Step 1. Get the band back together

This has been the most disappointing season that I can remember as a Patriots fan. Terrible all around play on both sides of the ball this team has a lot of work coming this off season. The first big step was seeing McDaniel’s coming back as OC and not getting any head coaching job. The second big step in my opinion is having Matt Patricia coming back, for starters he knows the systems and knows how to execute that Belichick style defense. He has worked wonders on no name talents and made them the stars of the show. The other big get with Patricia is if he ever wants another head coaching job he will need to coach his ass off on this team. This is a win for everyone involved and am starting to get excited for the 2021 season.
