Pros, Cons, & Observations Week 12’s Regulary Scheduled Dickbagging by the Dolphins
Editor’s Note: A regression back to the mean. The team is poorly coached and lacks leadership and brain power. There is no evidence or historical precedence to think Jerod Mayo and his coordinators can turn this around and actually find any level of success. This is not a rebuilding team. This is a team stuck in the mud. And the mud the sucks.
PROS / CONS / OBSERVASTIONS : Week 12 Regularly Scheduled Dickbagging by the Dolphins
Con- Tackle Play. Tackle Play. Tackle Play. Possible the worst performance of the year by New England tackles. There were they a turn style for any edge defender. No communication on stunts. No ability to stop the pass rush. 6 Penalties between them. Complete failure by football operations as a product. Drake Maye under pressure all game; added to his lofty turnover total with a fumble and another late INT to seal it.
Con- The defense was pathetic. The Dolphins had whatever they wanted in the passing game. There was no resistance whatsoever put forth by the Patriots on any front. Tua (not a lesbian) 29/40 317 yards and 4 TD's. He did his yearly tea bagging of New England. Covington has no clue how to stop a nose bleed. Should have left him in Miami.
Observation- Kyle Dugger has quit on the season. He should have never come back from the injury he was probably faking. He was responsible for multiple missed assignments; and looked like the worst player on the field along with the tackles. He is supposed to be a leader and if that is the performance a leader gives you; your defense looks like that.
Observation- The team looked tired and disinterested the SECOND things weren't going well. New England stopped the dolphins on their 1st possession then moved the ball on 2nd possession ultimately missed a FG attempt. After that Miami drove down the field and scored a TD and never looked back. Has the team finally quit on the season? Reports are they weren’t too beat up about the loss. afterwards .
