Bruins Players Got Another Coach Fired

Jim Montgomery was let go by the Boston Bruins after just 20 games. With a record of 8-9-3 and 4th place in the Atlantic apparently it just wasn’t good enough for this Bruins team. However, Montgomery has the best winning percentage in Boston Bruins history with a record of 120-41-23. So what gives why get rid of him and why 20 games in?

After having the best record in the NHL last year, that no one saw coming, they exceeded expectations but come playoff time, the Bruins were eliminated in the second round by the eventual winners, the Florida Panthers.

So for an NHL coach who led a team that had no business being the best team last year, to now a mediocre team of young players WHY?!

Simple-

This team is filled with divas who are over paid and don’t produce. Like

All over paid, all not playing to their potential and all are culprits for getting their coach fired. It’s not the first time a coach felt the wrath of the Bruins players.

Maybe with a lack luster season and missing the playoffs, Don Sweeney could/should be let go but knowing this team they will probably go on a winning streak and fuck that up.
