Jerod Mayo is Full of Shit

Jerod Mayo went to the podium after the Patriots 32-16 loss to the Jaguars and called the team soft. A bold statement for any coach to make. However, as we have stated on this show multiple times.  We're onto you Jerod.  We know a faker we when see one.  From experience. (Insert Mom joke)

I give you Jerod's opening statement in the postgame press conference on October 6th following the loss to the Miami.  Pulled from patriots.com

"Obviously a very disappointing game. I think there's no question we're tough, but we just have to be better from an execution standpoint. "

In two weeks the team went from unquestionably tough to soft?  Is he so lost he doesn't have the foresight to see the direction his team is going in?   Or is he so woefully under qualified for this job that he doesn't even really know what's coming out of his mouth.

We called it !

The players were neither offended or bothered by Mayo's comments.  They might like him; they have a relationship with him stemming from his time as an assistant.  They also have no fear or respect for him as the leader of the football team.

Bill Belichick challenged Mayo's assessment. Defending his former players and saying they aren't soft and strapped it up for him.  Continuing his ongoing opposite game with anything the patriots say or do. He knows Mayo is full of shit.  And we knew it from the day one.  His work is beginning to speak for itself now.  As well. Toot toot. And as the weeks churn on the culture and organizational failures continue to pile up.

The Steelers and Mike Tomlin benched Justin Fields after going 4-2 for Russell Wilson.  Saying "Just being good isn't good enough". Turned out to be a good move in a blowout win over the Jets.  Tomlin is a blow hard but  is the unquestioned boss of Pittsburgh and has continued to hold a high standard for the organization.

The standard is New England is embarrassing.  Mayo is a shittier version of Tomlin. Talks a lot says nothing.  Maybe he could do an internship with him for the rest of season.

You heard it here first

Mayo full of shit keep your ears open for more.
