This League. Am-I Right? Lets get right down to it. To trade Jaylen Brown or KD or not to trade Jaylen Brown for KD. It’s a really interested argument. Here are the pros for Trading FOR Kevin Durant.

• Still arguably the best player in the world

Is that not enough? Are we not in agreement if the Celtics had Durant this year they would have won the finals? JB was the best player on the Celtics in that series, but let’s remember how they lost. They completely lost their composure. ZERO minutes of Finals experience. You’re telling me KD could not have gotten ONE of those momentum ending buckets when they needed it? • Injury prone

• Jaylen Brown is a perennial All-Star talent entering his prime

• You’re breaking up a team 2 wins away from a championship last year

• You bail Brooklyn out of their self imposed dumpster fire. Two starters, rotation player, and multiple 1sts is an attempt to regather assets lost in the Harden deal.

The one missing element here is Jaylen Brown as a flight risk.

If the Celtics believe Brown will be leaving and this is the best return they could get for him it makes the decision harder for sure. But, everyone under 30 is a flight risk in the NBA. And it seems like Brown wants to be in Boston at least for now and these rumors very easily could have been fluff spilt by those Brooklyn turds to ramp up the asset packages from other teams for KD.

Let me make this very easy for Boston brass. Give him all the monies. Jaylen is a fringe max talent which in the NBA means he is absolutely getting a max deal.
