Bill Belichick’s landing spot

I find it odd that the greatest coach and defensive mind of all time still hasn’t been signed. Everyone thought the Falcons job was his, especially after the two interviews he had with owner Arthur Blank. So then where?

At 65 and weighing in at 465, Andy Reid has hinted at retirement and this playoff run could be it for him. Health issues and family issues (his sons are fuck ups) could be the reasons for his retirement and what better landing spot for one Bill Belichick to swoop in and take over a team that doesn’t need rebuilding. A team that plays in a weak division. A team that has the best Quarterback in the league and doesn’t need any retooling. The Kansas City Chiefs defense needs an upgrade and if you are the Hunt family why wouldn’t you do everything in your power to get Bill if/when Andy Reid retires at seasons end.

The Chiefs and the Tom Brady Patriots offenses are eerily similar. Both have top elite Quarterbacks. Both have the best Tight Ends in the league with Gronk and Kelce. I know what you’re thinking. Where did the BOTPOD pull this scenario out of? Well when you’re the BOTPOD you have these ideas when alone in the bathroom. So you heard it here first. Belichick will be the next head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs.
