WHY is the PATRIOTS OFFENSE good enough?

The Patriots offense has not set the world on fire, but they have done enough to win their first two games if not for a Damien Harris fumble against Miami. Can the offensive line be fixed? Mac Jones has yet to throw into the end zone. Is that play calling or decision making?
