There will never be another coach like Bobby Knight

As I was watching David Muir as I do every week night to see what’s going on in this messed up world. An alert came across that legendary coach Bobby Knight passed away at 83. As a kid in middle school I absolutely loved Indiana mens basketball because of Coach Knight. He took zero bullshit and didn’t sugar coat anything. A man that loved the game of basketball and loved to see his kids achieve their goals. Fun fact, Bobby Knight had one of the highest graduation rates out of any other coach. In the times of 1 and done, Bobby had kids staying in school and getting their degrees.

Bobby Knight is known for his temper.

The tirades was something I fell in love with. He didn't give a shit about what anyone thought of him, including the boosters. The only thing he wanted was to win, and that he did. Winning 3 National Championships with Indiana, one of which was an undefeated season in 1976, he also won 11 Big 10 championships. He is 6th all time with 902 wins with a win percentage of .709, the man was great at his craft. One of the best players that Bob Knight coached was Isiah Thomas.

Like the title says, there will never be another coach like Bobby Knight. RIP
