Robert Kraft just put Belichick on notice
Well things just got a little hot in Foxboro’s kitchen. Lets break down Mr. Kraft’s Comments.
“Bill, your drafts have sucked”
“Bill, I just dropped $175 million to bail your ass out”
“Bill, we haven’t won a playoff game in 3 years. That needs to change this year.”
I wonder if he looks at signing injured ex Joe Judge guys, letting your best CB walk out the door, stripping your coaching staff down to family members and yes men, and surrounding your 2nd year QB with no weapons and a coach in Joe Judge who has never coached the position and single handily drove Daniel Jones into the ground as good “results”?
Some of that is exaggerated sure, but I’m thinking Robert is a little nervous looking at the roster the Patriots have compared to the rest of the AFC’s onslaught of talent this year. Ya, no shit it doesn’t look straight lined. Look, the Krafts have to shoulder some of the blame. They cut the checks and they have decided not to cut them this year, but clearly they have not been satisfied with these last few seasons and they are more readily making it public that Bill Belichick is responsible for that. I’m not saying Belichick is coaching for his job this year. I’m just saying.
