The National Anti Celtic movement is pissing me off
Celtics sweep the Pacers to make it back to 2nd NBA Finals appearance in 3 years. All we hear from the National Media is how shitty the Celtics are. The anti Celtics National Movement is pissing me off - That's my thing. We shit on our own. You don't. Now we have to defend.
They went 12-2, 6-0 on the road with a +10.8 net rating, and a perfect 4-0 clutch time record in the postseason. Sure, there were some significant injuries along the way for the opponents, but how much better could they Pacers have really played if Haliburton was on the court?
The Pacers were the #2 offense in the NBA. They were the #1 offense in playoffs. With and with or with out Haliberton they were shooting 70% from the field at one point deep into game 3.
Chris Broussard makes the bitchy point that the Celtics have not beat a 50 win team yet in the playoffs. Well, neither did the Nuggets last year. Boom roasted.
Some how Jokic is the best player in the world though. The only other 50 win team in the Eastern Conference were the Knicks. They are beaten by the Pacers who the Celtics just swept. Suck it.
Speaking of injuries, did anyone notice the Celtics were missing their 7 foot Unicorn starting center? Not one person mentions the Porzingus injury in this diatribe of nonsense.
Maybe it’s because they believe the Celtics are super team. A Super Team - with 1 All NBA player and an all star. That's it. No coach of the year. No 6th man. I guess White and Holiday did make the back up squad All Defensive team.
So was JB snubbed from All NBA team? Or is just not that impressive in these playoffs? Did Derrick White get snubbed from the All-Star team or is he a simple role player? Pick a side you mindless quacks.
And while we are here. Get Jayson Tatum’s name out yo mouth. Tatum averaged 30+ 10+ 5+ this series. Only Lebron and Olajuwon have done that. Ever. He is dictating offense and defense. Leads the team in ever major statistical category. He took the first 1/2 of game 2 off and let JB go for 40. Big woop.

So, he's more Lebron than MJ. AS long as he knows it who cares when you have JB, White, Holiday, Porzingus. Kevin Durant won the MVPs with Golden State. Not Steph Curry.
Try watching the Celtics play offense in the 1/2 court when Tatum isn’t out there. It’s dreadful. Jaylen Brown does not make $300 million with out Tatum next to him. Understand that.
The JT vs JB narrative
They say JT not happy JB win Eastern Conference MVP. Because he was mearly smiling and clapping in a trajectory a bit further away than some other teammates.

Less forget that Tatum gave JB minutes in all star game so JB could go for the MVP.
In these playoffs JB was heard on a hot mic pushing JT to go off.
They LOST TWICE with the highest margin of victory in the playoffs. They Dominated the entire season. What did you expect? What more do you want? Are you not entertained?!
