Lets bring coaches in with ZERO experience

I guess after 20 years of greatness you’re going to have several years of dark years. The Kraft family is rebuilding and they are taking the Fenway Sports Group approach. Bring in names that will be cheap and have zero experience coaching but they are former players to blind the fan base because they are familiar names.

Dont’a Hightower number 54 in your programs and now Line Backers coach for your New England Patriots. Dont’a retired in 2021 as a player and has not done any coaching since his retirement. Jerod brought him in to be his new Line Backers coach and hey, what could go wrong? This coaching staff has to be the youngest and least experienced in the NFL, hell probably in NFL history. Jerod and Thunda are rolling the dice with this staff after an embarrassing showing last year with Bill Belichick and crew.

Bert Breer said it best on the after noon show on 98.5 with Zo and Beatle. You are currently in a 4 year rebuild right now. You basically had a rebuild starting in 2020 after Tom left for Tampa. That 4 year rebuild ended last season with a 4-13 season.You are now starting fresh again so don’t expect this team to go all in this season. They should take the Houston Texans approach and build inside out. Meaning, PROTECT YOUR QUARTER BACK! Build up that putrid offensive line that was one of the leagues worst. Yes, the Patriots have a lot of cap space but don’t expect Kraft and crew to spend spend spend. This young coaching staff will need to also build, like i said, they are the youngest in the NFL and will take more than an off season to get their footing and own finger print on this team.
