Hey Roger….Your league is fixed
It’s been over 24 hours, I have had time to digest and look over all the information I need to make a fair and logic conclusion. Roger Goodell you need better refs especially in the god damn super bowl. As we all know I am a Joe Burrow fan, I respect the shit out of his game so I had a rooting interest in the game. So from here on out I will be very bias. Roger Goodell’s referees need a class in officiating.
Pick a side, you’re either going to call everything tight or let things go. For 58 minutes the refs kept the flags in their pockets, only to start showering the field when the Rams couldn’t score with less than 2 minutes in the red zone. Rich and Bill laugh at me for watching wrestling because its fake and predetermined, well boys you just watch a predetermined football game where Roger Goodell wanted the Rams to win. The first reason is Stan Kroenke. He took the hate from relocating the Rams from St. Louis to Los Angeles and built that beautiful So Fi stadium. A little thank you from the NFL, here’s a Super Bowl. The other reason, the Rams mortgage their whole future for this one win. In 2022 the Rams have a 5th and a 7th round pick, that’s it. In 2023 a 2nd, a 3rd and 7th round picks. For cap space they are equally as fucked, ranked 27th out of 32 teams and have -10 million dollars, that’s before the cap goes up and players retiring or being cut.
The whole outcome of Super Bowl 56 was Roger to Stan saying thank you for bringing football back to the city of Los Angeles where fans are as fake as their tans and no one gives a fuck about the product. For the NFC championship game they had more 49er fans attending than their own. Roger needs to have a chat with his refs and tell them to make it a little less obvious. When Stafford failed to deliver they had to call a holding call that never existed. Then once again they called a personal foul helmet to helmet call that never happened. Giving Kroenke the host city should have been enough, but handing them a ring they didn’t win is way too much.
