Dr. BigMac’s Week 2 NFL picks
No early lines, no problem. We are putting it in blog form. Last week I had a killer week going 5-1 but since I didn’t put it on the internet Rich said it didn’t count so we are starting off week 2 with a fresh slate. Here are my picks with a little summary attached before I got get wings and beers.
My pick of the week is New England at -2.
In our last 7 games against the Steelers we are 6-1, Mike Tomlin refuses to change up his scheme against any team and that spells trouble for him against Bill. With TJ Watt out I feel there maybe a heavy dose of running and the Patriots defense holding Mitch in check for the 20-13 win and cover.
I have two parlays here is my first.
Detroit -1.5
home against the Washington Commanders. Detroit isn’t as bad as everyone thinks they are, new motivational coach in Dan Campbell and I think they have the makings of an up and coming team. To put 35 up agains the Eagles last week should be some good momentum to beat a crappy Washington team.
Cleveland money line
I went money line only because of Jacoby Brissett, if this was Deshaun Sexual Assault I would take the Browns -10 I just don’t trust Brissett that much especially in front of a home crowd in Cleveland because those boo birds can come out quick. Also, the Jets are rolling out Flacco again, Browns defense comes up big and gets them this win.
Baltimore money line
Again folks its week 2 we don’t know exactly what we got. Are the Dolphins really good? who’s to say, is Lamar really good after that week 1 beat down of the Jets, again who is to say but I do think Baltimore beats the dolphins at home
so I threw $10 to make $42 on this one lets see how we do after 1pm
Second Parlay
Cincinnati -7.5
Come on Cooper Rush and that shit Dallas offense going up against a team who lost to a division rival last week. Joe Cool comes out and throws 4 TD’s this week in a blow out in Dallas where everyone will be on the hot seat after this game.
Denver money line
again its week 2 and last week Russ lost to his former team in Seattle, he is at home today against Davis Mills and the Texans, can he get that mile high love? I think Denver is better than what we saw last week, but again is Houston better as well?
Las Vegas money line
again the money line because Josh has a good offensive team on his hands but did future mvp Kyler Murray just have a bad game last week? who’s to say but I think Vegas pulls this out in a close one for Josh’s first win as Raiders coach
Buffalo -10
Bills open up at home on Monday night against a banged up Titans team. Pray for all the folding chairs as the Bills make this a statement game to show everyone they are the best in the AFC.
$15 to make $63 lets see how we do this week since my 5-1 record from week 1 doesn’t count …… or does it?
Date Mitch’s picks: The exact opposite of every thing this pea brain said.
