Buffalo Bills need to make a change
The Buffalo Bills, the team all Of America was cheering for on Sunday, came up short again. In one of the worst coaching jobs these eyes have seen, it’s time for Buffalo to make a change.
It’s been said on our show every year once the Bills have been eliminated, Josh Allen will never win or go to the big game as long as Sean Dermott is calling the plays and last night once again proved us right.
McDermott looked lost out there and was out coached by one of the best to do it, Andy Reid. The amount of times they went for it on 4th down, going for a 2 point conversion early on in the game, and just shitting down his pants in the closing minutes of the 4th quarter.
You only have a slight window of opportunity with your franchise quarterback playing at this level. He won’t be at his peak for very long and that’s why the Buffalo Bills should rip the bandaid off.
Fire Sean McDermott. Great regular season coach, but he turtles in the big games. You need to bring someone in that will help Josh Allen get over the hump and McDermott isn’t the guy to do it. What I’m about to say is no way comparing the two as being equal but….
Peyton Manning needed a coaching change to get to the big game and past the Patriots. This is exactly what Josh Allen needs as well. Bring in a coach that has experience in big games, that maybe needs $10 million to be bought out and be brought back to the pro game.
If you don’t think Belichick would have defeated the Chiefs yesterday, you’re a fool! Belichick wouldn’t be going for it early and often. After that first series he would have gone to Allen and told him to get his foot out of his ass and relax and do your job. The Buffalo Bills will always be lovable losers because they will never win the big game and the window for them to change the narrative is closing very quick.
